Grape Agate is a relatively new find. Although the trade name is Grape Agate, these are Botryoidal Purple Chalcedony Manakarra stone a native rock from Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. It is a Botryoidal Chalcedony that looks like a bunch of grapes. The name Manakarra is taken from the province in Western Sulawesi. It is also known as Grape Agate and comes in purple, blue, and green colors.
